Scrum Professional Developer PSD Dumps in PDF

Free Scrum PSD Real Questions (page: 20)

Which of the following is required by Scrum? (choose the best answer)

  1. Sprint Retrospective
  2. Developers must stand up at the Daily Scrum.
  3. Sprint Burndown Chart.
  4. Release Planning.
  5. All of the above.

Answer(s): A

Explanation:

Scrum mandates the Sprint Retrospective to inspect and adapt. Other practices, such as burndown charts and release planning, are tools and techniques but are not required by Scrum.

When are individuals with testing and quality expertise included in the software development effort? (choose the best answer)

  1. From the beginning and throughout all Sprints.
  2. When the implementation of each feature is complete.
  3. After Sprint Review.
  4. When the product is feature complete.

Answer(s): A

Explanation:

Scrum emphasizes quality from the start. Testing and quality expertise are integral throughout all Sprints to ensure continuous feedback and integration of quality measures.

What should the Scrum Team do during the first Sprint? (choose the best answer)

  1. Analyze, describe, and document the requirements for the subsequent Sprints.
  2. Define the major product features and a release plan architecture.
  3. Make up a plan for the rest of the project.
  4. Create at least one valuable and useful Increment.

Answer(s): D

Explanation:

The first Sprint is focused on delivering a valuable and usable Increment. This embodies Scrum's iterative approach, where value is delivered early and feedback is gathered.

When using Scrum, can a Scrum Team use Continuous Delivery? (choose the best answer)

  1. No, because the increment has to be approved at the Sprint Review before it can be released, and a 2-week Sprint would not be considered continuous.
  2. No, because stakeholders may have already seen the new features and the Sprint Review will be meaningless.
  3. No, because before releasing an Increment it first has to fulfill the Definition of Done.
  4. No, because the Product Owner may not be available each time a PBI is done, and the Product Owner has to decide if it should be released.
  5. Yes, there is nothing in Scrum that conflicts with Continuous Delivery.

Answer(s): E

Explanation:

Scrum is compatible with Continuous Delivery as long as each Increment meets the Definition of Done. Continuous Delivery aligns with Agile principles, allowing frequent releases.

When is refinement of a Product Backlog item complete? (choose the best answer)

  1. When the Product Owner says it is ready.
  2. At the end of Sprint Planning.
  3. When the Scrum Team agrees it is precise enough.
  4. When the Product Backlog Refinement timebox expires.

Answer(s): C

Explanation:

Refinement is complete when the Scrum Team agrees that the Product Backlog item is clear and precise enough to proceed with planning or implementation.

52 should be b&c. controller failure has nothing to do with this type of issue. degraded state tells us its a raid issue, and if the os is missing then the bootable device isnt found. the only other consideration could be data loss but thats somewhat broad whereas b&c show understanding of the specific issues the question is asking about.
